The annual RemaxWorld Expo (also known as the Zhuhai Show) is getting close. Preparations are underway, including our VIP services program—one of the highly valued benefits of the Expo. This year, we are upgrading our VIP services, so that you can have a faster and more convenient VIP experience during RemaxWorld Expo.

Benefits

The VIP program is FREE for you. The VIP privileges include distinguished service and the chance to enjoy free hotel accommodation.

1. As a VIP, you can enjoy the following free services:

• assistance with a personalised Hotel Booking Service;
• a hotel-to-show driver
• a dedicated, VIP registration channel, with no waiting lines, allowing to rest in the VIP waiting room, with free drinks on arrival, while a dedicated staff process their registration.
• WIFI in the gallery area;
• You may take a companion to the VIP lounge inside the show for free.

2. Apart from all the free services, you also have the chance to enjoy two nights of free hotel accommodation provided by the sponsors and organizers.

Rules

1. Only the first 100 registrants will receive a VIP Visitor Pass. FIrst come first served.
2. Free hotel accommodation can only be awarded if you are not from Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macao, and are visiting RemaxWorld Expo for the first time. 
3. Registrations must be received before September 10, 2015.
4. The name stated on the hotel check-in documents must match the name on the VIP registration form submitted.
5. Free hotel rooms cannot be converted into cash or be transferred to others.
6. Each VIP can enjoy up to 2 nights hotel accommodation for free.
7. Recycling Times reserves all final rights on these rules.

How to Get Your VIP Pass

Step 1: Click here to submit your VIP Pass Application before September 10, 2015

Step 2: RT Media staff will check and qualify your application, then will send a VIP Confirmation Letter directly to you, informing you if you have been successful in obtaining a VIP Pass for RemaxWorld Expo 2015.

Step 3: You need to print out the VIP Confirmation Letter and pass it to one of the VIP registration staff when you arrive at the exhibition. Then you will be able to enjoy the VIP services.

 How to Apply for Free Hotel Stay?

When you fill out the Form, please indicate whether you are eligible and wish to apply for the free hotel stay. Please provide all the information requested, inlcuding check-in and check-out dates. Once your application is accepted, RT Media will send the VIP Confirmation Letter and the Hotel Booking Confirmation to you. 

Attention:  As there is a limited number of free room nights available, we will make hotel bookings and arrangements based on the time of your submission. First come first served.
